Session on new curriculum

Some sessions were conducted in BAEC based on the new curriculum.  Expatriates who will be teaching grade 8 next year participated in the sessions.

SBM and SBPD workshop completed

Noonu atoll SBM and SBPD workshop is completed. total of 32 participants completed the two workshops including SBPD 11 and SBM 20. B. Three days workshops were facilitated by BTRC teacher educator, LHTRC teacher educator and Mr. Saudulla Ismail. These two workshops were held in N.TRC from 3rd August to 6th August 2017. 

video conference on multigrade teaching

One day video conference is completed in B.TRC about mutigrade teaching. Conference was held  on 20th July 2017. 

Online line learning and instructional design workshop

Online learning and instructional design course begins on 2nd July 2017. This workshop started with total of 14 participants including TRC coordinators and will be completed on 6th July 2017. 

Monitoring of Baa Atoll Schools

Monitoring of key Stage 2 of Baa Atoll schools have completed last week. Key Stage 2 teachers were given feedback based on the observations. In this monitoring trip sessions were conducted on the needed areas of the school.

KS2 monitoring started

Key stage 2 of monitoring school has started in Baa Atoll. Baa TRC coordinator will be visiting all the islands of Baa Atoll to monitor and give assistance to schools of KS2 teachers.
